Event Vendor Tracker

The Challenge

Each event had a separate Excel with vendors, contracts, payment status, and contact details. Clients received email attachments that went out of date instantly. "Which version?" emails consumed coordinator time.

The Solution

Master vendor tracker per event in Google Sheets. SheetForge app shared with client (view-only, filtered to their event). Internal view shows all events and payment statuses. Mobile-accessible on-site.

The Results

Clients stopped emailing for updates. Coordinators eliminated version-control overhead. On-site access via phone replaced clipboard-and-spreadsheet.
